Applications:
The vacuum drying oven is widely applied in various fields such as biochemistry, chemical & pharmaceutical industry, medical organizations, agricultural researches, environment protection, etc. It is used for the purpose of power drying, baking, sterilization of various glass vessels. It is especially fit for the drying of those materials the are heat-sensitive, easily decompose and oxidize as well as the quick drying of those materials that are complex in ingredients and composition.
Product Characteristics:
1. The cuboid operating chamber makes the effective capacity be maximized; the microcomputer-based temperature controller ensures temperature control in high precision and reliability.
2. Solenoid valve control has replaced the traditional manual lever control for the gas inlet valve.
3. The toughened double layer glass door enables a clear and full observation of the objects in the operating chamber.
4. The door closing tightness can be regulated. The silicon rubber sealing rings ensure high level vacuity in the chamber.
5. The deflation valve and the insert gas inlet valve are combined in one body, making it easy and convenient for gas filling.
6. Storage, heating, test and drying can happen in an environment where there is no oxygen or insert gas, thus avoiding any possibility of oxidation.
7. The upgraded vacuity digital display shows and controls the vacuum drying box; the upgraded LCD display vacuum drying box, while having the functions above, also has the LCD display for temperature, which allows temperature control in higher precision. The digital vacuum meter controls vacuum degree by applying the digital technology, and the vacuum is controlled automatically with the digital vacuum meter. The vacuum meter adopts the resistor silicon tube pressure sensor to endure stable pressure value without being affected by gas flow, transmitting stable pressure values to the vacuity meter and display the values directly on the screen with the control precision reaching ±1%.
8. The instrument can be fitted with RS-485 portal for connection with printer and computer, enabling recording of variations of temperature parameter (optional).
